The start is at the Mt. Ashland Ski Area lodge. The course then heads to the summit before looping back to the start along forest roads 300 and 20. (Map attached.)
There will be two aid stations along the course. One at the summit that will provide water, and one at the finish line that will provide water, food, and medical support
Same course as the 5K, but at the intersection of 300 and 20, runners will take a right and run along forest road 20 to Grouse Gap, turn around, and run back to the Mt. Ashland Lodge. It’s a fast and flat second half!
